2024年5月前后，浙江多地市陆续启动“多田套合”综合整治。根据浙江省自然资源厅公开信息，“多田套合”为浙江首创，简单说就是农田版的“俄罗斯套娃”：最外层是耕地，中间是永久基本农田和高标准农田，最里层是粮食生产功能区。也就是以农用地为基础，农用地之上划定耕地，耕地之上再叠加永久基本农田和高标准农田，实现“小田变大田”，为永久基本农田集中连片整治工程打下基础。
